If you are looking for help in placing advertising, you came to the right place. We can help with recruitment ads, legal or tender ads, and announcement ads. whatever you need we are here to help. Here are some tips to get your advertising project started right away!

Here’s how it works

Before we can get started we need a few things from you. Answer the questions below and send us the basics.

What are you wanting to advertise? Send us the text and any photos and logos you want in your ad. Word document is the preferred format for the text. Try to provide the best quality logos and photos you have (all print advertising requires high-resolution images). If you don’t know the resolution, send us the photos and we are happy to tell you.
When you advertise with us we provide design services free of charge, we will research your company and make a design for your ad that is consistent with your current branding. If you have specific design ideas let us know.

Where do you want to advertise? What area are you looking at? or what papers or magazines? If you don’t know the newspapers in the area that’s okay, we can research for you, so you can reach the ideal audience.

When do you want your advertisement published? If you have a date in mind let us know, we will let you know when the publications deadlines and print dates are.

After we get these different parts we put it all together. We will design your ad, and based on the size we will get you an estimated cost. We provide the date your advertisement will be published and the deadline.

Once you approve your estimate and design, we make sure everything is advertised. Our finance department will send you an invoice after everything has been published. We work to simplify the billing process and handle all publication charges so that you will only receive one invoice from us.

We can also help with any online recruitment, just email us the websites you are interested in with the text and we will provide an estimate.
