Ad Placement

All orders are to be emailed to ads@hradworks.ca & should contain the following information:

• Name & contact information of person placing order (normally signature section of email if sufficiantly detailed - after an initial period our customer service people become familiar with individuals placing orders);
• Invoicing information if different than above;
• Ad caption or title;
• Ad copy (may be attached as a word document or copy/pasted into email);
• Ad template selected (the terms template and layout are used interchangeably);
• Publications requested;
• Publication date requested or NAI (next available issue).
