I left my career at a local advertising agency more than 20 years ago because I recognized that employer marketing was as unique as product and service marketing, and I wanted to bring this expertise to the clients I worked for. I put out my shingle in 1984, and hired my first employee.

Today, HR Ad*Works is one of the largest, independent recruitment advertising agencies in Canada and the Northern United States. Our team has grown to include customer service personnel, designers, media specialists, marketing and sales personnel, in Alberta, Manitoba and Minnesota, where we service more than 200, mostly long-standing clients.
